We work with businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, students, transitioning service members, and professionals—providing solutions that range from enterprise IT consulting to career development, resume writing, life coaching, and tech support.

Founded in 2025, WTPS draws on years of experience in federal IT, including web design, networking, telecommunications, and systems engineering. We understand the challenges our clients face and bring both expertise and practical guidance to help them succeed.

Meet the Founder
Annie began her career as an Apps and Core Services Engineer supporting the U.S. Department of Defense in Emergency Management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University, where she focused on Foreign Policy, National Security, and Cross-Cultural Communication. Later, she completed her Master’s in Cybersecurity at Grand Canyon University, combining her background in emergency management with a growing passion for information technology. Today, she works in infrastructure development and management, supporting highly available, critical systems environments.

Annie has also supported the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) as a Junior Telecommunications Engineer and IT Specialist, contributing to continuity of operations and collaborating with interagency partners. Her experience bridges international relations, cybersecurity, and emergency management—giving her a unique perspective on how technology drives resilience and connection.

Outside of her technical work, Annie is deeply committed to helping others grow in their careers. She mentors recent graduates, transitioning service members, and professionals looking to take the next step in their journey—helping them align their skills with new opportunities.

In 2025, Annie founded WTPS LLC to bring her experience in IT, emergency management, and professional development together under one mission: to make technology and career growth accessible to everyone. Through WTPS, she provides IT support, resume writing, and career development services to clients across the country and beyond.

When she’s not working, Annie loves spending time outdoors, dancing and teaching salsa and bachata, relaxing with her pets, and traveling—she’s visited 14 countries so far and is always planning her next adventure.
