Refund Policy for WTPS LLC

At Wagner Technology and Professional Services (WTPS), we are committed to delivering high-quality technology and professional solutions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for our services and subscriptions.
1. Professional Services

Payments made for professional services (including consulting, development, design, and project-based work) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you cancel a project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.

Deposits or retainers are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
2. Subscriptions & Managed Services

Subscription and recurring service fees are non-refundable, including cases of mid-cycle cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Refunds will only be granted in cases of billing errors or as required by applicable law.
3. Digital Products & Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital deliverables (such as reports, software, or documentation), all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

If you experience issues accessing or using a deliverable, please contact us for support, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payments or billing errors

Failure to deliver services as agreed in writing
